About your order
Select the color, size, and quantity of the product you want and click the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button. If you have any shipping requests, please write them in the comments section of the shopping cart. If you are a member, please log in and proceed to order. To register as a new member, please click here .
Once your order is complete
Once your order is complete, a confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you registered. If you do not receive an email, please contact us as this may mean that your order has not been completed or there has been some other problem.
*If you are a registered member, you can also check your order details from your My Page.
*If you have registered to link your ID with LINE, you will also receive notifications such as order confirmations from the official mamian LINE account.
Flow of product shipment
The shipping process varies depending on the type of product you order.
[For products that can be shipped normally]
Orders placed before 12:59 on business days will be shipped the same day.
Please note that our store is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, so orders placed outside of business hours or during holidays will be shipped sequentially from the next business day.
[For pre-order items]
If the product page says "This item is a pre-order item," it is a pre-order item. We will ship the item based on the estimated shipping date listed on the page.
[For apparel products]
Apparel items are shipped from a different shipping location, so they will be shipped separately from other items such as shoes. They will be shipped based on the estimated shipping date listed on the page.
Once the shipment is complete
Once the product has been shipped, a notification of the shipment will be sent to the email address you registered. The tracking number will be included, so please check the contents of the email and keep it in a safe place.
For apparel items, you will receive a shipping completion notification from [tracking@myorders.co].
About your purchase details
We normally enclose an invoice in your package, but if the name of the person placing the order is different from the name of the recipient, or if you indicate in the comments section that the item is a gift, we will refrain from enclosing an invoice.
Additionally, if you purchase only apparel items, no invoice will be included.
You can check the details of your order on your My Page, but if you need an invoice, please contact us.
*If you order shoes and apparel together, an invoice will be enclosed with the shoes.
About receipts
We will send you an email when your order is confirmed. Please use the My Page function to complete the issuance procedure yourself.
